Vintage Clear Rose Cake Pedestal
by Tiffin (maybe) Cambridge (maybe) Fostoria (maybe)
Round plate with a smooth to-the-touch feel on the underside and four slightly raised ribbed sections to-the-touch on upper-side (photo #3).
Rose flower design (design smooth -not felt) with a spear and leaves.
Glass foot attached (not glued)
Can not find exact design, although very similar flower designs.  Unique is the stylized main flower stem.
Measurements:  11 3/4 " rim diameter x 2 3/8 " height, weighs 2 pound & 9.3 oz
Condition:
Very good, no chips, no cracks, a few marks of use
