Up for bid is a beautiful Japanese woodblock print by Katsuyuki Nishijima, contemporary woodblock artist from Japan.
This is a wonderful rooftops scene. It is in good vintage condition and is signed, numbered, and has Nishijima's early chop mark. It has some toning but the colors are still very rich. There are very slight wrinkles in the borders, but does not affect the actual scene of the print itself. These could be hidden once the print was matted and framed. All of the borders are intact and there are no rips or any major issues.
It measures 13 1/2 inches by 18 1/2 inches
