This is for a Pioneer SF-850 active crossover network. The component was tested and working by me. I Bought it in 2019 but I did not use it till this past week to see how it worked with my multi-system. I had to make a lot of adjustments. I went through the trouble to find an operating manual first, since none came with it and I had not enough experience to use it as intended. I have use only one subwoofer with it and only used one jack on the low output, left jack. This crossover is for use with either two or three stereo amplifiers. Each amp controls one frequency range; LOW, MED, HIGH. These are the outputs. There are one set of inputs which is where you connect a Pre Amp to. All speaker cable connections go to each amplifier. I use three stereo amplifiers to test this unit and they all worked great. In my case I needed my low frequency to go lower than it can, below 250hz. Its low range is only 250hz, so it seems, and I used the left channel of my amp as well as the crossover. You have to read the owners manual to understand how to adjust what you want. Three of the controls have a rear and front combo control for left and right. So its sound quality is very good for an older unit. I never used one of these multi-crossovers before. I disengaged the crossover and went back to my bi-amp system which works like I want it to. I use a Dahlquist LP-1 active crossover which is a very flexible woofer controller that has all the adjustments I want and it works better than the pioneer as far as low frequency low point I want. I am looking for the low point with my LP-1 from 60hz to 80hz. The crossover has a vinyl covering. The crossover has some scratches and dings as well as its rear. The controls work smooth except the right and left controls using the same control knob, which is rear and front; I had to hold the rear while I turned the front of these knobs. I did work the knobs in both directions to try to break them in, but they are still a bit stiff. I did not used this crossover till this past week because I finally found the speaker cables I wanted to use with my tweeter speakers. I cleaned the jacks with Caig De-Oxit electrical cleaner, that really helps to get better contact with whatever interconnecting cable you use. On Paying I use only Pay Pal. I ship by FedEx. It has a long cord for AC plug in.
Any questions please email, I'll try to answer them the best I can.
