RARE:   This piece is by Robert Simmons, a well-known photographer who made work in the Santa Barbara/Montecito area in the 1980's.
It is a black and white ink block titled "After Dinner" featuring a pelican sitting atop a pier.  A very lovely piece in excellent conditionthe offical logo and
The frame is like brushed pewter.  It has a chocolate matte and was professionally framed.
On the back it is stamped with official logo and the now defunct address and phone number
I have never seen another one like it.
I will package it carefully and insure it as well.
